Our shipping rates are calculated online using our rate calculator for whichever method of shipment you choose.   Each shipment total is based on weight and zip code.   Ground is the default method and is the most economical.  However, we also offer Next Day and 2nd Day options.  Always be careful to select the method that is best for you.

For local customers, you may pick your order up by choosing the "Pick-up" option and there is no shipping charges.  We will contact you to arrange pick-up when your order is ready.

Standard Ship has been added for customers who want to take advantage of our Free Shipping offer.  Orders over $50 will ship for Free.  Orders under $50 have a flat rate of $6.95.  We will choose the best, most economical shipping method at our discretion. Please allow 8-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. Additional days for shipment depend on method chosen and delivery zone. 

Refunds shall be limited to any broken or damaged items reported within 3 days of shipment being received.  We reserve the right to either; a) replace the broken or damaged item(s), or b) have the item(s) returned and refund your card for the amount due.

Free Sample requests (when offered) are limited to 1(one) per household.  This may be determined by a matching or similiar name, address, phone, email, etc.  We reserve the right to deny a Free Sample request at our discretion.  These are made available as a gesture on our behalf to allow you, the customer, to "try before you buy".  Please do not abuse this offer.
